Angela and Max have Theatre and Fine Art backgrounds, and collectively have over 40 years experience in lighting design.

Max also tutors and lectures on the application and impact of lighting design to various universities and design colleges throughout the UK, including a lighting module to de Montfort University Design & Architecture Unit. He has also been featured on Radio and Television , as well as in various design and architecture publications. Max has also acted as a Judge for the National Lighting Design Awards.

Tallulah, project designer, carries out the implementation of the design intent with on-site attendance. Trained in Interior Design and Textiles she ensures practical comfort is not overlooked when producing contemporary interiors.

As well as being involved with Lighting Design, Angela also creates bespoke luminaires for projects, the most recent installation being a 4 metre high ceramic chandelier for a chateau in Bordeaux .

Claire handles project management in the office, and is the office based client liaison, following up specifications and suppliers, ensuring schemes run smoothly. She also deals with procurement issues on behalf of clients.

Charlie is our systems operator; an IT guru, creating lighting control system programs, and deciphering the increasingly bewildering labyrinthine world of computing for those of us more comfortable with a pencil than a keyboard.

	Max is lead designer responsible for concepts, travelling to meet clients and architects, co-ordinating designs. "One's own business you imagine gin & tonics every afternoon but I seem to spend my life in airports en route to projects"		Angela carries out lighting schemes and is responsible for the co-ordination of bespoke luminaire design. "I steal these roles for my own as the creation of a tangible object gives me great satisfaction."

	Claire keeps projects on track, handling specifications and day to day management of schemes " ..dotting the I's and crossing the T's...."		Charlie is responsible for IT; CAD-work and also carries out commissioning and programming of lighting systems on-site. "...and I also get stuck into horrible crawl spaces to fit bespoke fibre systems!"

	Tallulah, project designer, carries out the implementation of the design intent with on-site attendance. "...New to the team but I have learnt to bring my own sandwiches - these people don't eat - stale bread in the kitchen on my first day!" (Ah, that will be Angela's pitta breads - Ed.)		Claire somehow manages to hold the office together ".....ensuring that they do their assignments when I want them to".
